The Kasar Cheese & More project is the result of many years of experience in the craft cheese processing industry. With its deep-rooted ancient history, this product is able to promote traditions and cultures, from different regions and cities.

Today, cheese becomes the key player of the restaurant world, the ingredient par excellence to create increasingly imaginative and innovative recipes. Our concept embraces this single ingredient, used in such a vast array of solutions, giving free rein to MA creativity whilst always remembering where it comes from, who produced it and how it was born.
